Shipping & Delivery
Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Delivery Times
- Europe — 2–3 weeks
- US — 2–3 weeks
- Rest of world — 2–3 weeks
Where US stock is available, it is shown as an option on the product page and ships domestically within the United States. If a shipping origin is chosen that cannot serve your delivery address, we will automatically route your order from the correct location so it arrives without delay.
Shipping Costs
- Any European country — €3
- United States — $4
- Orders over €70 / $80 — free shipping
The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. During peak periods such as Christmas, processing may take slightly longer. If we expect a significant delay on your order, we will contact you directly.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean your order has been delayed.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country's authorities. These are not included in the purchase price and might be payable on delivery.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Every item is inspected and securely packaged before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the packaging and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or another fair resolution.
