Order processing times vary depending on the items purchased. In most cases, orders are processed within 48 hours, although processing times may vary based on inventory availability and operational circumstances.

During peak periods, such as the holiday season (including Christmas), processing may take longer than usual. If we anticipate any significant delays, our customer support team will contact you promptly.

Please note that some products are shipped directly from our manufacturers or suppliers in China. As a result, tracking information or shipping updates may not appear immediately. This does not indicate a delay in processing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Our standard estimated delivery time is 15–40 days, with approximately 80% of orders arriving within 30 days.

To provide competitive pricing and a wider product selection, we utilize a flexible fulfillment network that includes:

The shipping origin for your order depends on product availability, inventory levels, and your delivery address.

Most products are shipped from China, and the available shipping origin is displayed in the product options. In some cases, you may see alternative locations, such as the United States, where local inventory is available. Choosing these options may reduce delivery times to approximately two weeks.

Please note that these regional shipping options are intended for domestic deliveries within the listed country. If an incompatible shipping origin is selected, we will automatically adjust the fulfillment location to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Damage

We carefully inspect and securely package all products to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the affected item. We are committed to providing a fair and satisfactory resolution, including replacement or other appropriate assistance.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
